Air says my account is unverified

An unverified Air account means the email address on the account has not been confirmed yet. If Air shows an account-verification message while you're trying to reset your password or sign in, confirm the account email address before continuing.

Check your inbox, spam, and junk folders for an email from no-reply@verificationemail.com with the subject 'Confirm your email'. If Air offers a self-serve resend or request option during the login or verification flow, use that option to send a new verification email.

If you can't find the verification email, you're logged out of your account, and you've forgotten your account password, email help@air.inc from your account email address. Support can help manually verify your user and guide you through resetting your password.
