Welcome to your new command center. As a Workspace Owner on an Enterprise plan, you hold the highest level of access and control over your team's creative operations platform. This role is designed for team leaders and system administrators who need to manage security, configure custom permissions, and oversee workspace-wide billing and structure.
What you can do
As a Workspace Owner, you have complete oversight of your workspace's structure, security, and users. Here is a look at your key capabilities:
Full Admin permissions: Manage billing, view plan details, configure custom fields, and control user management.
Custom roles and permissions: Create tailored permission sets (such as restricting delete permissions or limiting downloads) in partnership with Air's Customer Success team.
Auto-provisioning: Set approved email domains so new teammates can automatically join your workspace.
SAML SSO management: Secure your workspace by connecting with identity providers like Okta or Azure AD.
Full content access: View and manage assets across all boards and libraries in your workspace.
Where to start
Setting up a workspace can feel like a big undertaking, but we recommend taking it one step at a time. Here are five prioritized steps to get your workspace ready for your team:
Set up your workspace
Give your workspace a recognizable name and upload your company logo under Workspace Details. This branding helps your team and external clients instantly recognize your space.
Invite your team and assign roles
Navigate to Workspace Settings > User Management to invite your team via email or shareable link. You can assign full workspace roles for internal teammates, or keep external collaborators (like agency partners or media buyers) as board-only users with Viewer or Commenter roles.
Create your board structure
Set up your boards and sub-boards to organize your visual assets. Remember, on Air, assets can live in multiple boards without duplicating storage space, so build a structure that mirrors your team's natural workflow.
Configure custom fields for your workflow
Create custom fields to track asset statuses, usage rights, or expiration dates. This makes searching and filtering your assets fast and painless for everyone.
Set up SSO or approved domains
Work with your IT team to set up SAML SSO or approved email domains under Security & Identity. Note: We recommend testing your SSO configuration thoroughly before strictly enforcing it to prevent any login lockouts.
