Can I delete a user?

While you are not able to delete a user from the Air system, you can prevent a user from accessing your workspace by setting their access level to inactive. This removes the user from your workspace and keeps the content they added accessible. If your workspace is on an eligible fixed-member or per-member plan arrangement and the change reduces seat quantity, the billing system issues the prorated credit immediately.

To manage users and update access, open Workspace Settings and select User Management in the sidebar.
