While you are not able to delete a user from the Air system, you can prevent a user from accessing your workspace by setting their access level to inactive. This will remove this user from your workspace + update your prorated billing if applicable to your subscription terms, but ensure content they added to your workspace remains accessible.
To manage users and update access, open Workspace Settings and select User Management in the sidebar.
