If you’re expecting an email from Air (like an invitation, password reset, or notification) but it hasn’t shown up, try these steps to get things back on track.

🔍 1. Check Spam, Junk, or Promotions

Sometimes email providers get it wrong and send our messages to the wrong folder.

  • Look in your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.

  • If you see an email from Air there, mark it as Not Spam or Move to Inbox so future messages go to the right place.

🔎 2. Search Your Email

Use your email search bar to look for @mail.air.inc or simply Air.

This helps catch messages that might be hiding in subfolders or filtered views.

✅ 3. Add Air to Your Safe Sender List

To make sure you get our emails going forward, add our sending domain to your email’s safe sender / whitelist:

*@mail.air.inc

Every email provider is different—check your provider’s help docs for exact steps.

📋 4. Confirm the Email on Your Air Account

Make sure the email address linked to your Air account is correct:

  1. Log in to Air

  2. Go to Account Settings

  3. Check the Email field

  4. Update it if needed

🛠 5. Ask Your IT Team (for work or school emails)

If you’re using a company or school address, system-wide filters may block emails before they hit your inbox.

  • Share the domain @mail.air.inc with your IT team so they can allow messages from Air.
