If you are trying to save content from a share link but don't see your destination workspace in the list, it is likely because of your current login. The destination list only shows workspaces that the currently signed-in account can access.
How to resolve this
If the source workspace and the destination workspace belong to different Air accounts, the destination will not appear in the selector until you are logged into the correct account.
To complete the transfer, you can create the share link in your current session, copy the URL, and then open that link in another session, a different browser, or a separate browser profile where you are signed into the destination account.
What happens to the original content?
Saving content from a share link simply copies it into the destination workspace. It does not move or delete the content from the original source workspace.
If AI features are enabled in the destination workspace, eligible visual assets saved there can be enriched in that destination workspace and consume that workspace's credits for enrichment and storage.
This enrichment is evaluated in the destination workspace, so you may see credit usage there even if the source asset was already stored elsewhere.
For more on how credits are measured and used, see Explore Credits.
