Who can create Showcases on Air?

Share your work in an interactive portal tailored to your clients and external partners. Showcases let you bundle boards, assets, and files into a dedicated public landing page without modifying your underlying workspace hierarchy.

Showcase creation is available across all Air plans. Anyone with edit permissions at the workspace, library, or board level can create and manage Showcases. Review general sharing options in Sharing your workspace content.
Create and configure a Showcase
Select Showcases in the workspace sidebar
Click + New showcase in the top right corner.
Enter the Showcase name and Description.
In Settings, optionally configure the public link for:
Select the Design tab to modify the design of the showcase with brand context when available (Enterprise only). Use the remaining controls to set:
Add content and elements to Showcase
Open the Showcase and select the Content tab in the right sidebar.
In Navigation bar, click + Add page to create a sub-page or + Add link to add a top-level navigation link, then select a page to organize its content.
For the selected page, manage Boards, Files, and Assets, or click + Insert block to add Text, Links, or Video.
Select a block on the canvas to reveal inline controls such as style, alignment, and size. (Custom blocks are available on Enterprise plans only.)
Hover over any default block row (such as Boards, Assets, or Files) and click the eye icon to show or hide that section on the page.
Click the + Add items icon in the top navigation bar to pull in workspace assets and boards.
Browse your workspace libraries and boards, select the items you want to include, and click Add items.
Select Preview, then choose Desktop to review the desktop presentation.
Choose Mobile to inspect how the layout adapts to smaller screens
Select Save changes to publish.
Alternative Showcase creation flows
You can also create Showcases directly while browsing your workspace:
From a multi-item selection:
Select multiple boards, assets, or files across your workspace
Open More actions from the bottom action bar
Select Add to showcase
Choose an existing Showcase or select New showcase
Click Create showcase.
From an individual asset
Open the asset menu or right-click an item
Open More actions and choose Add to showcase
Select an existing Showcase or choose New showcase.
