How long do imports take?

Import and processing times vary depending on size and number of assets, but usually finish in a few minutes. Imports can stop when the workspace reaches its available monthly credits on a credit-based plan. Legacy or support-managed workspaces may still show fixed storage caps in Current Plan. For more detail, see Explore Credits.

Admins can review actual usage, limits, and refresh timing in Workspace Settings > Current Plan. If an import stops and the reset date, storage meter, or legacy cap is missing or unexpected, contact Air support, sales, or your Customer Success contact for review. If an import is taking longer than expected, visit our technical troubleshooting guide or contact our support team for help.
