Once started, imports are able to be canceled.
An import is blocked when your workspace does not have enough available credits for upload or import activity. To make credits available again, move to a higher plan or work with your workspace Owner or Admin on billing changes.
If your workspace starts a billing cycle already in storage overage, it can enter a depleted state immediately and imports remain blocked until credits are available again.
